Boss monster reward share

I've made a change to boss item drops.

Previously, killer gets the reward, 1 projectile is all you needed, now, there's a defined amount of maximum drops.

Let's say snowman can drop up to 3 items. If one person kills it alone, 1 drops, if 20 people damage it however, a different code kicks in deciding top 3 who did most damage and rewards them.

However! You have to hit above a certain percent otherwise it can drop less than 3 items even if 20 people damaged it.

The person who got the killing hit has his damage given set to minimum required percent if it's lower than that, he still has to compete with other people who damaged the boss however this assures at least one person gets a drop and gives an advantage to the killer.

The killer and only the killer gets the exp and gold, it's also only the killer's equipped lamp (or house selection) that effect drops. It'll drop x of same item for everyone. Slayer titles are still unique for killer alone, not shared.

Another difference is that when shared drops happen item protection increases from 15 seconds to a minute to allow people who died to come back and take it. It might be a little tricky to figure out which of the items that dropped belongs to you if at all, you'd have to check yourself. I can't quite give up on the visual of an item coming out've a monster's body but when I figure out a better way to avoid confusion I shall.

This was done so that co-op will become a thing and more than one person will get a reward out've bosses. Think about it this way, if you go solo, Basilisk farming drops 1 item, if you're in duo, double rewards.

And moooore importantly, I wanted more people to gain rewards out've super secret winter stuff rather than give up thinking they have no chance.
