[Possibly move me] - Bug - Diagon Alley

Hi,

Upon logging in to Diagon I receive this message in the chat log.

You arrived at Diagon Alley, as a young wizard your first objective is to find a wand to cast spells with.
You heard a rumour there's a powerful wand maker around here somewhere, find him and buy a powerful wand to begin your magical adventure.

I am a Level 650 player with a wand.

I guess this is a bug.

You're level 650 with an incomplete quest that can only be obtained via creating a character. This is a game under development, if I were to not allow players to complete this quest some would rage.
