So, i got Idea for the Deathly Hallows to be implemented into the game. Each would have a Use, Disadvantage, and Way to lose it.

Elder Wand:
Use: Increases your Damage stat by X, X to be determined by what would be perceived as fair. Also could have a way to be disabled/banned during events.
Disadvantage: Public knowledge who has it.
How to lose it: Die, Possession would then transfer to the person who killed the wielder.

Stone of Resurrection (If memory serves):
Use: Allows you to return after death to fight again
Disadvantage: You only return as a ghostly figure at half stats, you must kill someone/wait X minutes before you return to normal
How to lose it: Die in ghost state. The stone would then randomly drop somewhere in the TWC world for someone to pick it up.

Cloak of Invisibility:
Use: Turn the person invisible, and is also unable to be countered by Eparo.
Disadvantage: There is no real disadvantage to it except how to lose it
How to lose it: Every x days, the person who has it has to "will" it off to someone, they will be given a random list of 3-5 people and must choose one to give it to.

If you somehow get all three:
Use: Your Stats doubles (or increases by x)
Disadvantage: You will be marked as "Master of Death"
How to lose it: Lose any of the three (Either by dying, dying as ghost, or having to "will" off the cloak)

Elder Wand

Problem: (Die, Possession would then transfer to the person who killed the wielder. ) random noob gets lucky last shot on person, never logs in again.

Solution: Personally I think this should be like a 'current champion of the duel tournament' prize, with it changing after every tournament. (or if the same person wins remaining the same)

Stone of Resurrection

I don't like this :/. It's not particularly in tune with what the stone actually did. But I can't think of anything helpful that would be similar to that, so I'll just go off what you suggested. If you turn into a ghost it should be flying and it should be kind of hard to see the ghost (No name, translucent Icon). I don't think you should be able to attack though, it shouldn't be about killing, more about surviving like a minute for yourself to 'revive' with 30% hp or something. You also shouldn't be able to move too far away from where you died (For added difficulty in keeping it). Lastly, I kind of think this one should have the kept by the killer aspect you suggested for the wand (With maybe a 30 day inactivity check)

Cloak of Invisibility

My thoughts once again wander to someone logging out with it and never returning. But also I have a vehement dislike for timers. Hmm, at first I thought a timer would be inevitable, but the more I think on it I kind of like the idea of 'stealing' the cloak. Like, having to fly over someone using it and using a special verb.

Master of Death

In my opinion it should also lock you out of your clan if you're in one. ooo And safe zones.

I think "champion of the duel tournament" would be a bit long for someone to have the Wand. Since it is public knowledge who has it (maybe something through the DP) a timer would seem necessary. And the chances of someone who plays the game enough to be lucky enough to get the last shot on the person (considering that the elder wand is unusable in any events and therefore unable to be lost in an event) is very slim.

I was thinking the same thing as i wrote it. And your idea for it is a good one.

Cloak

I dont like the idea of stealing the cloak, since each Hallow is different in the way it is obtained and the Wand is supposed to be stolen. Btw, i did think of a disadvantage, that a magic eye can still see a person under this cloak, since moody could see Harry.

Master of Death

I kinda assumed that all items would be banned from events, School and Clan alike, so i don't think we should worry about it.
