Player kill messages

I've used to be able to tell if I killed someone or they killed themselves with the "You gain x exp." message after I hit someone, now that I am level 500, I don't get that message anymore so I can never tell if I killed them or they just disappeared for an unknown reason.

Perhaps "You killed [name]." message could be displayed after killing someone, that way people will be able to tell.

I actually think this is something that we should add for all levels rather than just for the early levels when you get player exp. Granted you can always tell with the "You do damage to this person, you gain exp" but sometimes in the middle of battle it can be a little confusing if you are hitting multiple people. I think it'd be a decent thing to add.
