Automatic AFK Checks

An automatic afk check could occur every 20 to 40 minutes randomly, this way GMs have one less duty and players get AFK checked even if there's no GM online.

It'll make AFK training harder and perhaps GMs will notice AFK training via monsters and do more manual AFK checks if they suspect people somehow AFK train and avoid the normal check.

GMs need to run AFK checks so that they can, for example, remove the entry from someone's player log if it was obvious they weren't AFK training.
Or apply a ban warning.
Or get them banned.
