GMs aren't overworked. There aren't many circumstances where the GMs are incapable of handling rule breaking players because they're too busy doing other things. There's nothing more amateur about a large amount of BYOND games than their staff-to-player ratio. What's the point in playing if everyone is a staff member?
If TWC were to raise its player base, we would hire more staff. If TWC were to lower its player base, we would let some staff go.
I am content with the ratio at present and I don't believe the pros of adding 4 additional staff members is going to outweigh the cons.

I am open to hearing any concerns/opinions you have on this way of operating TWC.

Honestly what we really need is a GM online in the early morning when everyone else is in bed. That's when most of the SKing and spammers and trolls get on. I know it's not usually a big window, but big enough people know to take advantage of it.

That's the time I usually stayed on and set up an autoclicker with AFK checks every 30 minutes when I slept. Lol.

sorry, i should have thought it through a bit more before i posted it. i really dont understand the inner workings yet. maybe one day youll give me the chance to understand it all Murra.

Maybe that is a good idea but if we done that more players wil start hatinght the head of the house and there wil be a revolution just saying but it is a good idea

James, you have no idea what you're talking about. How many players hate GMs as they are? Only the ones who get into lots of trouble and it's usually the one GM that catches them the most. How many people would hate a HoH? Only the ones who got into lots of trouble.
