New Dueling Projectile (Everte Statum)

The spell that Draco uses on Harry in the Chamber of Secrets. How bout it becoming a new addition to duelling projectiles?
Name: Everte Statum
Stats:

Damage based on player's damage level/amount.
Takes 10 MP every use.
Looks like white ball. (Like Chaotica, but it's white)
Requires a wand. (Obvious One)
Not a safezone/ Hogwarts allowed spell (Duh)
Spammable.

That is just my suggestion for a new spell!~

As much as I'm pro additions to the game, especially spells, I can't really see a point to this.

We already have projectiles in the game, they are used, different people prefer different projectiles. The current ones are fine.

This seems like something that will take time to accomplish very little, while said time could be better spent adding... other stuff.

But hey, that's just my opinion.
