Good afternoon everyone, my name in-game, is Jason Estaign and while playing I came up an idea. I'm Portuguese, so I can only be in three different classes, at most, which makes it impossible for me to learn new spells and be balanced with my playmates. My idea is to create a system of private lessons very easy. I will explain with an example:
Example: The member Abc missed the Charms, because the time zone did not allow him to be online during class. When it is online and the teacher who gave this lecture was also online, the member Abc asked the teacher a "tuition" to keep up with the pace of the other members with the timezone "correct".
This tuition would be given to some members who could not go to class and a class would be small and quick with basic material covered. Nothing too difficult. This is my suggestion. Thank you for your time  ;D

This is something that is often suggested but there is always the underlying problem of if a system like this is implemented, you face challenges where students actual attendance in classes fall to extremely low numbers and force participation for house points (something not to many students care much about) while everyone else can just grab the spell whenever they wish. We implemented the spell points system to try and counter act that a bit, encouraging students to attend every class they can regardless of whats being taught to ensure that they can get spells they might not be able to get elsewhere (such as a charms spell if they can't make that class).

My problem is I can not go because of my time zone and this would be a good solution. But give private lesson is at the discretion of the teacher, and if he wants to give the spell or not it is also the criterion.  :'(

If you can attend 1 class, you can learn all spells.

Spell points are pretty useful, you can learn every spell with them.
Play for a week or two and you'll realize it's much easier to get spells than you originally thought.

I live in Israel, my time zone is far worse than yours when it comes to TWC, I've managed fine so far and I'm sure you'll do just fine, don't worry too much and just play the game and enjoy, I promise you, it'll be much better than you think.

You're not going to get a private lesson or work because basically there's too many players and so few teachers, it's just not realistic.
