I'm going to move ahead soon with drastically reducing certain monsters' damage, this post is designed to gather feedback.

Right now on my target list are:

Spiders
Trolls
Vampires

Episkey, Avis and Ferula will become a ton weaker, it may be important to reply here if things are too easy or too hard. If health potions aren't good enough etc etc.

Whatever you feel, instead of bitching in-game, give your feedback here. The goal is to create an easier experience.

Right now monsters are designed to cause death due to the ability of players to instantly recover, by sacrificing that ability and allowing over-time-healing we can reduce their damage.

People won't depend on movements to kill vampires/spiders and instead it will feel more normal, where eyes who aren't going to have their damage reduce, still require movements. This way I design different patterns you have to take against each monster type.

I can only assume the change is perfect and everything is smooth and nice by the lack of replies.

In regards to trolls, spiders and vampires yes, it feels pretty well balanced.
Wisps on the other hand...

Are they well balanced? Because my next step was to give more health/mana potions per brewing and buff spiders/vamps, I've been constantly told they're too weak.

On a side note for whomever is reading, BYOND 510 kicked in, it's still in beta, when it goes stable I could add some nice stuff... including Lumos. Gotta wait for stable though.

The smaller potions do tend to not be enough. Small greater health potions would do the job from time to time, but it still felt a bit lacking. But the only time healing would become an issue for me is when i'd get swarmed by tiny spiders.
