cant level up

as all know  reading books level up players but me i cant level up cuz it dont make me level up even if i read and read then that waht happend :

Well I looked at your account. Your exp isn't what you claim it is. You only have a bit over 2k exp on you. So I don't see how you can't level up.

Dear Max,

The problem you are describing is impossible, we have had many players on TWC and none of them faced such a problem, furthermore, you also managed to level up in the past. If your EXP is over your max EXP, please contact an admin when you and them are online, that is the only way we could help you.

I understand leveling in general is hard but we can not grant free levels to people, it would be unfair to those who actually level up without anyone's help.
