Not Connecting

Hello there,

I'm having an issue that I can not connect to byond, I don't know if servers are down or anything so I thought I ask for help. It just shows up as a small blue box and says connecting to byond://twc.xen.prgmr.com:8000 failed. Sorry if I posted this in the wrong spot also, but thanks for any help that can be offered.

byond://srv.wizardschronicles.com:8000
