Possibly move it outside of Hogwarts.. Make it more related to the peace/chaos guilds.

When I disabled Hogwarts access that made sense but right now everyone can access Hogwarts so I don't see that much purpose. Adding another area you can MM from is easy, you already have 2 areas that access MM but I don't see point adding another duel arena with MM access.

And then there's the question of, how to make it more related to guild? You don't add much details about that.
