Connecting... failed! This is an old problem but In need help with it.

Many of you don't know who I am, infact none of you do. Unless your an admin and you can do all your hacky stuff and look at my IP. Maybe. Maybe not. Anyway back to the subject... I load up TWC and it says 'connecting...' for about thirty seconds. Then it says 'connecting... failed'.
I don't know, maybe my Byond is outdated. Can anyone help me?
